About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our multidisciplinary team at Bradley Apartments, a specialist service for individuals with complex needs. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting people who display challenging behaviors and require a high level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of care staff to provide high-quality care and support to service users
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each service user
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Hold a relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g. NVQ 3)
  • Have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviors
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work flexibly, including nights and weekends
  • Hold a valid UK driving license (desirable)
