Lead Our Residential Care Home Team

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to manage one of our residential care homes for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex physical and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the care home, including staff management and resident care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing care homes for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex physical and mental health needs
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
