Lead Our Residential Care Home Team

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to manage one of our residential care homes, providing high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex physical and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making improvements as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing care homes for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex physical and mental health needs
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and families
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
