Care Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our multidisciplinary team at Bradley Apartments, a specialist service for individuals with complex needs. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our service users, who may have a primary diagnosis of learning disability, mental health issue, or personality disorder.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals and support workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring that our service users receive the best possible support to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of healthcare professionals and support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to service users.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact the delivery of care.
- Ensure that all care and support is delivered in a safe and respectful manner, adhering to our organization's policies and procedures.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence (preferred).
- Have strong empathy and a caring and compassionate nature.
- Be willing to support residents with personal hygiene.
- Have excellent people and communication skills, and a good sense of humour.
- Deal with challenging behaviours.
- Have a positive and professional approach.
- Be reliable, flexible, hard-working, and honest.
- Be proficient in using computer and Microsoft Excel.
- Annual salary of £27,664.
