About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our team at Bradley Apartments, a specialist service for individuals with complex needs.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with severe learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of healthcare assistants
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Support service users with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care (NVQ 3 or equivalent)
  • Valid UK driving license (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including nights and weekends
  • Willingness to support service users with challenging behaviors
