Central Recruitment Services Ltd is currently seeking a qualified Support Services Manager to join our team in the Westminster area. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and providing support services to homeless women.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing staff recruitment, training and development opportunities, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the needs of homeless women and the provision of housing services in Westminster. Additionally, they will ensure the service delivers high standards of service delivery within the framework of existing policies and procedures.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £42,154 per annum, reflecting the importance of the position in delivering high-quality support services to vulnerable individuals. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing Support Workers, Support Assistants, and volunteers to provide effective line management, supervision, training, and development opportunities.

  • Identifying new ways of working to ensure women continue to receive a high level of support with realistic and achievable options for move-on.
