The Vulnerable Support Manager is responsible for leading our efforts to provide effective solutions for vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness. This includes collaborating with service providers to deliver support services and housing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving lives of vulnerable people, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and experience in a busy environment.

Main Duties:

  • Work with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for enhancing services for vulnerable individuals.
  • Commission services that prioritize client needs, accessibility, and quality.
  • Deliver frontline support services and housing solutions for vulnerable clients in collaboration with service providers.
  • Develop and implement timely needs assessments and interventions to prevent homelessness and rough sleeping.
  • Provide high-quality supported housing and emergency accommodation tailored to individual needs.
  • Facilitate successful moves into independent accommodation with appropriate support.

Requirements:

This role requires a passion for improving lives of vulnerable people, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, experience in a busy environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in computerized record keeping.

Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum
