Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver frontline support services and housing solutions for vulnerable clients in collaboration with service providers.
  • Develop and implement timely needs assessments and interventions to prevent homelessness and rough sleeping.
  • Provide high-quality supported housing and emergency accommodation tailored to individual needs.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions into independent accommodation with appropriate support.
  • Collaborate with service providers to develop personalized approaches supporting rough sleepers.
  • Support the Rough Sleeping Manager in ensuring rapid response delivery models meet diverse needs.

This role requires a passion for improving lives of vulnerable people, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, experience in a busy environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in computerized record keeping.
