About the Role:
">This challenging role involves working with colleagues to enhance services for vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness. Key responsibilities include commissioning services that prioritize client needs, accessibility, and quality. Successful applicants will collaborate with service providers to deliver support services and housing solutions.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Deliver frontline support services and housing solutions for vulnerable clients in collaboration with service providers.
- Develop and implement timely needs assessments and interventions to prevent homelessness and rough sleeping.
- Provide high-quality supported housing and emergency accommodation tailored to individual needs.
- Facilitate smooth transitions into independent accommodation with appropriate support.
- Collaborate with service providers to develop personalized approaches supporting rough sleepers.
- Support the Rough Sleeping Manager in ensuring rapid response delivery models meet diverse needs.
Requirements:
">This role requires a passion for improving lives of vulnerable people, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, experience in a busy environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in computerized record keeping.
