Job Title: Homeless Support Coordinator - Westminster

We are seeking a skilled Homeless Support Coordinator to join our team in Westminster, London.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with Housing Needs to support vulnerable individuals in the City of Westminster, Greater London. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and providing support services to clients to prevent homelessness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advice and assistance on homelessness and prevention through a compassionate and empathetic approach.
  • Provide comprehensive support to service-users to access professional and medical help where necessary.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders including partner organisations, Family Services, Adult Social Care, Domestic Violence professionals, Police, Housing Benefits, Neighbourhood Teams, Home Office, Landlords, Solicitors, etc.
  • Work closely with the Head of Accommodation to manage all aspects of homelessness management, legal evictions, and support for those in financial crisis.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum
