Job Summary: Central Recruitment Services Ltd is recruiting for a Support Services Manager to work in a hostel for homeless women in the Westminster area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers and Support Assistants, and will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality support services to vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Support Workers, Support Assistants, and volunteers to provide effective line management, supervision, training, and development opportunities.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the needs of homeless women and the provision of housing services to women in Westminster.
* Identify new ways of working to ensure women continue to receive a high level of support with realistic and achievable options for move-on.
