Pension Administrator

Job Title: Pension Administrator
Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Hourly Rate: £16.00 per hour in Ashford - Hybrid Working environment.

We are seeking an experienced pension professional to join our client's team on a temporary basis. As a key member of the administration team, you will be responsible for processing pension-related tasks, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Processing and Reconciliation: Calculate benefits and resolve discrepancies in pension data.
  • Clients Support: Provide professional support and guidance to clients regarding pension queries.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues across departments to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Pension Administrator in a financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of pension schemes and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for pension administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
