Pension Paraplanner Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused individual to join our team at Cobens, an established Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) firm. As a Pension Paraplanner Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Financial Advisors by preparing high-quality financial reports, conducting research, and ensuring the delivery of tailored client advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Thorough Analysis: Analyze financial products, market trends, and client portfolios to provide valuable insights for our Financial Advisors.
- Prepare Comprehensive Reports: Develop detailed and compliant suitability reports that outline tailored financial solutions for clients, aligning with their objectives and risk profiles.
- Collaborate with Clients: Assist in gathering client information, communicate with clients on behalf of the IFA, and manage ongoing relationships where necessary.
- Develop Financial Plans: Help create cash flow models, investment strategies, and retirement plans that cater to clients' needs and goals.
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure all recommendations and client documentation adhere to current regulations and company standards, upholding FCA guidelines.
- Support Administration: Work closely with the administration team to manage the timely and accurate submission of paperwork, policy documents, and client records.
- Prepare for Review Meetings: Assist in updating reports, performance summaries, and product recommendations to ensure seamless client review meetings.
- Stay Informed: Stay updated on market changes, product developments, and regulatory updates to maintain the highest level of expertise and deliver exceptional results.
