Kent County Council is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Direct Payment Team as an Individualized Care Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with community teams across Kent, providing support and information to individuals who choose to arrange their own support via a Direct Payment.
About the JobAs an Individualized Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing Direct Payment paperwork, completing monitoring reviews, supporting recruitment adverts, and managing email inboxes.
Requirements- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams
