Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Community Liaison Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our business by providing exceptional customer service, supporting our drivers, and contributing to our community outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Support
    • Assist our drivers with navigating between our warehouse and customer appointments, donation centers, recycling centers, and transfer stations.
    • Help maintain a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to state and local laws.
  • Community Outreach
    • Support local marketing efforts to promote our services and build relationships with the community.
    • Assist with recruiting and training of new team members.
    • Help implement and promote continuous improvement ideas to enhance our operations and customer experience.
  • Training and Development
    • Attend all mandatory training, meetings, and events to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
    • Learn and use mobile apps in the field to optimize our operations.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Previous customer service or operations experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to learn and use mobile apps in the field.
