Job Summary:
Vivify Venues is seeking a Community Liaison to join our team. As a Community Liaison, you will be responsible for welcoming hirers and their groups into our facilities, ensuring all facilities are opened and set up on time for each group to enjoy their visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a World-Class Experience: Ensure all customers receive a positive and memorable experience by assisting hirers with setting up facilities for lettings and other events.
- Facilities Management: Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure the facilities are left in the same condition as found, including sweeping, tidying, and storing equipment.
- Security and Safety: Unlock gates and doors, ensuring they are securely locked at the end of the shift, and complete health and safety checks to maintain a safe environment.
- Training and Development: Receive full training on the role, including an introduction to the facilities, safeguarding responsibilities, manual handling, fire safety, and customer service.
- Additional Responsibilities: May be involved in other activities to support the school, hirers, and the Vivify Venues team.
Requirements:
- Passion for Providing Excellent Service: Operate with pride and passion, ensuring a positive experience for hirers and their groups.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Find solutions to any issues that may arise, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
- Organizational Skills: Be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Represent Vivify Venues in a professional manner, communicating effectively with hirers and the team.
- Team Player: Be willing to learn and develop new skills, and contribute to the growth and success of Vivify Venues.
