Role Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within our supported living service.

What We Value:

We seek compassionate and patient individuals to deliver person-centered support to residents.

Our aim is to empower everyone who utilizes our services to lead their best life. You will assist individuals in achieving their goals and maintaining their independence.

Your role will involve encouraging participation in community activities, including clubs, cinema outings, gym sessions, and personal interests, with a strong emphasis on outdoor activities.

You will help foster a sense of community among residents, supporting the maintenance of long-standing friendships.

We are committed to developing new partnerships and exciting opportunities for community engagement.

This supported living project caters to three young men requiring 24-hour care and support. The residence features a spacious communal area, a summer house, a sensory room, and private ensuite accommodations.

Essential Skills and Experience

For this role, we require male applicants who possess a full UK driving license (a personal vehicle is not necessary).
