This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our supported living service.

Your role will involve encouraging participation in local community activities, including clubs, cinema visits, outings, gym sessions, pub lunches, shopping, and other personal interests.

The supported living project accommodates individuals with various care and support needs.

Conveniently located near local amenities, including shops and cafes, with easy access to public transport.

Additional Information

A dedicated team will be available around the clock, providing overnight shifts and additional one-on-one support for personal care, housekeeping, meals, outings, and activities.
