Job Summary:

Purosearch Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our care team and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Staff Management: Manage and support a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.
  2. CQC Compliance: Work closely with our area manager to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a good relationship with healthcare professionals.
  3. Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  4. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular assessments and reviews of resident care plans to ensure changing needs are met.
  5. Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Care Home Manager, with a strong understanding of working in dementia, residential, and nursing care.
  3. Leadership Skills: Experience in managing a care team and strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire staff.
  4. Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of the care inspectorate, safeguarding, and compliance regulations.
