About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Home Care Direct. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and mental health support.
  • Assist clients with community activities, such as shopping, social events, and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
  • Full valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Ability to commit to long-term care for one client in a person-centred way.
  • Willingness to be trained to CQC standards to meet client needs.
  • Reliability, non-judgmental attitude, caring, responsible, and compassionate.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and treating clients with dignity and respect.
