**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Accommodation Team Lead at TN for Hales Home Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide leadership and guidance to our care team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support to our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients.
  • Ensure that all care staff are trained and equipped to provide the highest level of care and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure that our care services are delivered in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
