Payroll Operations Manager

As a Payroll Administrator at Rec Financial, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the payroll department. You will be responsible for processing weekly and monthly payrolls, verifying accuracy of PAYE, NI, and pension deductions, and handling client communications.

Key Responsibilities- Process payroll in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify accuracy of PAYE, NI, and pension deductions.
- Handle client communications, including payroll reports and compliance submissions.
- Manage PAYE and pension payments, and register relevant schemes.
- Address payroll queries in a professional manner.
- £27,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after probation.
