About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Recra Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our clients. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
  • Manage payroll processes, including data entry, calculations, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including benefits and deductions
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate processing of new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll issues
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll-related audits

Requirements:
  • Ideal candidate has experience with ADP and IHCM2 software
  • Prior experience as a Payroll Coordinator or in a similar payroll management role is required
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and employment laws is essential
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks

About Our Benefits:
