Payroll and Compliance Specialist

This part-time role requires 20 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have experience with Resourcelink software and be able to support basic system changes in line with payroll processing.
The Senior Payroll Administrator will be responsible for accurately processing monthly payroll for approximately 1300 employees (UK and ROI), ensuring timely and correct payments through to BACS submission. They will also ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax obligations and statutory deductions.
A Day in the Life
- PAYROLL PROCESSING:

Required Skills and Qualifications
- EXPERIENCE: Demonstrable experience of payroll is essential.
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for this role.
- ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- CORE COMPETENCIES:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with payroll software systems.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information and employee records.
