Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our client's team in central Leicester. The ideal candidate will have previous payroll experience, preferably within an accountancy practice or bureau setting. They should possess practical knowledge of accounting systems such as Xero, Sage, or BrightPay.

The successful Payroll Administrator will be responsible for the end-to-end process for their own portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and collaborating with clients to address queries and provide advice when necessary.

Key responsibilities include multi-payroll processing, preparation of BACs for salary payments, pension contributions, and additional calculations. The ideal candidate will be able to use their initiative, self-manage, multitask, organize workload, work quickly, and accurately meet regular deadlines.
