We are seeking a highly motivated Salary Administration Manager to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage payroll for our employees in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll issues.
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll-related audits.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Payroll Coordinator or in a similar payroll management role is essential.
  • Experience with HR duties, including recruitment and talent management.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and employment laws.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numerical calculations.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and resolve payroll-related inquiries or issues.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good working knowledge of PAYE, SSP, SMP, and SPP.
  • Good understanding of HMRC and legal requirements affecting payroll.
What We Offer

A competitive salary package of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
