Payroll Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing and managing payroll for our diverse workforce in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll for our diverse workforce in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll issues.
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll-related audits.
Requirements:
- Ideally have ADP, iHCM2 experience.
- Prior experience as a Payroll Coordinator or in a similar payroll management role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Experience with HR duties.
- Proficiency in payroll software and strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and employment laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numerical calculations.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and resolve payroll-related inquiries or issues.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of PAYE, SSP, SMP, and SPP.
- Good understanding of HMRC and legal requirements affecting payroll.
- Responsible for ensuring Food Safety, Quality, GMP, Health and Safety and Hygiene compliance at all times.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
