Senior Payroll Operations Manager

Flogas Britain Ltd is seeking a Senior Payroll Operations Manager to oversee payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly and weekly pay for 1300+ employees. The successful candidate will report to the Payroll Manager and be responsible for maintaining and updating payroll records, resolving discrepancies, and addressing employee inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A minimum of [salary] per annum salary package, depending on experience;
- Experience with payroll processing software (e.g., iTrent) and Microsoft Excel;
- An understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
In return, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday plus statutory, pension with 5% contribution from us, life assurance up to 4 times salary, and more.
