We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing the full end-to-end process of the company's monthly payroll for circa 1300 employees.

About the Company:

  • Our company is a large successful business based in Leicester.
  • The role is hybrid and the hours are flexible.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire end-to-end monthly payroll process for circa 1300 UK employees across various departments and locations.
  2. Maintain payroll systems and records, including new hires, terminations, changes to salaries, and other payroll adjustments.
  3. Prepare and submit payroll, deductions, and benefits contributions.
  4. Resolve payroll discrepancies and payroll queries.
  5. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, including PAYE, National Insurance Contributions (NICs), pension schemes (auto-enrolment), and statutory payments (SSP, SMP).
  6. Generate and distribute payroll reports to management and other stakeholders as needed.
