Job Title: Administrative/Telephony Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative/Telephony Officer to join our team at Brook Street NMR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, including handling telephone calls, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle telephone calls from clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including court documents and tribunal papers
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting rooms, training courses, and other group activities
  • Collect and assemble information, and verify documents and records
  • Process casework and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.88
  • A full-time, temporary contract with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis (3 days office-based, 2 days working from home)
