Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role- The Enterprise Account Executive position is a quota-carrying role, responsible for owning the full sales cycle from generating opportunities to negotiation and contracting.
- You will develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from our software solutions.
- Proactively research and engage new business opportunities within your territory, utilizing outbound efforts such as cold calls, emails, and social selling.
- Use the value framework and MEDDPICC to enact robust deal progression processes and advance opportunities with new business prospects.
- Danish, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Icelandic language abilities are highly valued.
- A degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS or technology-related field, with a focus on enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth within the Nordics region.
- Strong ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals with enterprise-sized businesses, using a consultative sales approach.
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and demonstrate software products.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot for managing sales activities and pipeline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
