We are seeking an Experienced Family Support Specialist to join our team at Tameside Community Safety Partnership. This role involves working with families to provide support and guidance in achieving the best possible outcomes for children.

About the Role

As an Experienced Family Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of families and developing plans to address these needs. You will work closely with other professionals, such as teachers and healthcare workers, to ensure that children receive the best possible care and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and be able to communicate effectively with children, parents, and other stakeholders. You will also have excellent assessment and intervention skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
