Dementia Support Specialist

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a dedicated Dementia Support Specialist to join our team in Ashton-under-Lyne, Tameside. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with dementia and other memory impairments. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
The estimated salary for this position is £26,000 per annum. We offer a range of benefits, including a pension contribution, 28 days annual leave, and the opportunity to complete the Care Certificate and receive a DBS check.
