Social Worker Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Child Care Professional to join our Duty and Locality Teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need.
As a Social Worker Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our community members. You will be working closely with other professionals to assess needs, develop strategies, and provide support to those who require it.
With good needs assessment and risk assessment skills, you will be able to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary system, as well as in a team across the service and with other agencies. Your experience and expertise will enable you to navigate complex situations and provide guidance to colleagues.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £38,626 to £43,693 per annum, plus additional benefits such as flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive rewards package.
