Nursing Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a Nursing Support Specialist to join our team at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a new challenge and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
As a Nursing Support Specialist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients in our Outpatients department. Your expertise and knowledge will enable you to deliver high-quality patient care, including personal care, clinical duties, and training junior staff members.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective care plans, ensuring that patients receive the best possible outcomes. Your leadership skills will enable you to motivate and inspire our team, promoting a positive and inclusive culture within the trust.
In this role, you will contribute to quality improvement initiatives, audits, and research activities, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and continuous learning. You will also represent our trust, promoting our values and standards.
