We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist at Acer Mews care home in Ashton-under-Lyne. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with their daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.">
  • Assist with meal times and ensure residents have access to nutritious food and drinks.">
  • Understand and respect individual health and wellbeing needs.">
  • Promote choice, dignity, independence, and respect for all residents.">
  • Complete and maintain accurate care records.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be physically fit and able to lift and move residents safely.
