We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Bletchley Park School. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with Autism, challenging behaviour, communication difficulties, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting young people with Autism and complex needs in a therapeutic setting
- Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence

- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of individual care plans
