About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Education Support Worker. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students with Autism, challenging behaviour, communication difficulties, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students in the classroom and during activities
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation
  • Provide individualized support to students with additional needs
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

  • Experience working with young people with Autism and/or special needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Passion for working with young people and making a positive impact on their lives
