Children's Residential Support Worker

As a Residential Support Worker at Esland, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides specialist care and support to children and young people. Your role will involve forming positive relationships with the young people in your care, contributing to their care plans and risk assessments, and supporting their educational and social development.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments for the young people in your care.
- Form effective relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to the cleaning rota system and encouraging young people to participate as appropriate.
- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping, with supervision and advice from shift and Managers.
- Maintain high standards of residential care work, adhering to Esland and Ofsted expectations.
