About the Position

We are seeking a School Support Worker to join our team in a specialist autistic setting in Milton Keynes. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism, helping them overcome barriers to learning and thrive academically and socially.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support to students with autism, assisting them in their academic and social growth.
  • Assisting with behavior management and developing strategies to promote positive behavior.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive environment for students.
