Parker Smith Inclusion Ltd is a leading provider of education and support services for children with autism and complex needs. We are seeking an experienced Autism Education Specialist to join our team as an ASD Teaching Assistant.

About the Position

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised plans to meet the needs of students with autism and complex needs. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide targeted support and interventions to improve student outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of autism and its impact on learning and behaviour, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and will be committed to providing high-quality education and support services.
