Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our dynamic team at Orion Group, a public sector organization based in Dunfermline. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain valuable experience in HR practices and contribute to the success of our organization.
As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have an HNC in Business Studies or a similar qualification within a business-related subject. A strong background in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and sound working knowledge of Microsoft applications will also be essential.
We offer a competitive salary range of £24,890 to £27,087 per annum, plus enhanced pension contributions, annual leave, and free sports membership.
