About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team on a temporary basis. As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for providing generalist support to our busy HR team.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have strong generalist experience, proficiency in HR systems, and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with the HR team to manage payroll administration, oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, and provide generalist support to aid day-to-day operations.

Key Tasks:

  1. Payroll administration and support
  2. Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
  3. Providing generalist HR tasks to support day-to-day operations
  4. Assisting with TUPE-related activities
  5. Supporting annual pay and merit awards

Requirements:

  • Strong HR generalist experience
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £34,000 - £40,000 per annum (pro-rata), depending on experience.
