Job Overview:

Key Tasks:

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR database entries

  • Generate regular HR reports to inform business decisions
  • Verify HR data used for payroll processing to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate the distribution of departure documentation, including P45s
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to employees and management

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in HR administration with a proven track record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver exceptional service to internal customers
  • Familiarity with HR software systems and MS Office

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience.
