Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our team in Rosyth. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the financial health of the company by managing sales and purchase ledgers, verifying external contractors' invoices, and preparing client pre-approval accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of Sales and Purchase Ledger
  • Checking, verifying & returning external contractors AFPs (Application for Payment) and thereafter processing invoices
  • Preparing & sending client pre-approval accounts ahead of invoicing
  • Credit Control
  • Management reporting - provide Director with financial reports, as required
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes
  • Maintaining Cloud-based software (SharePoint) for Finance-related information
  • Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments
