About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator to support our Project Management Team and interface with various Support Functions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contractual frameworks and project technical requirements, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Support Functions to ensure compliance with legal, tax, insurance, and standard terms requirements.
  • Participate in internal and external project meetings dealing with contractual/commercial issues.
  • Active participation in project risk review sessions and implementation of risk response plans.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Project, Law, or Business Management or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive commercial experience and/or relevant training.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
