About Us

Iconic Resourcing is a leading recruitment agency based in the UK. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a temporary basis.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled HR professional to support our busy HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong generalist experience and proficiency in HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll administration and provide support as needed
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new employees
  • Provide generalist HR support to aid day-to-day operations
  • Assist with TUPE-related activities to ensure smooth transitions
  • Support annual pay and merit award processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines

What We Offer:
