HR Generalist

Fife Leisure seeks an experienced HR Administrator to provide efficient support services to its employees and management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from managers and employees.
  2. Champion HR policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to employees and line managers.
  3. Investigate and escalate HR queries as necessary.
  4. Manage multiple HR & L&D mailboxes and systems.
  5. Provide administrative support for HR processes and activities.
  6. Assist in processing Flexible Working, Flexible Early Retirement, and Retirement applications.
  7. Note-taking at meetings, including Employee Forum, Trade Unions, and business meetings.
  8. Monitor sickness absence to ensure accurate recording within the HR system.

**Requirements:**

  • Substantial administrative experience within an office environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in providing administrative support in an HR environment.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, such as recruitment and selection, absence recording, training, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn new skills as required. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £28,000 per year, depending on experience.
