Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our client, a successful manufacturing organisation based in Fife. The role will be based fully onsite Monday to Friday and is a permanent opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain accurate records within the HR database
  • Compile confidential letters and ensure timely dispatch
  • Maintain up-to-date HR spreadsheets and trackers for efficient data management
  • Collate and record sickness and absence information
  • Produce comprehensive HR reports as required
  • Quality check HR data used for payroll to ensure accuracy
  • Send out necessary leavers paperwork, including P45s, promptly
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related queries to employees and managers

Background Required:

  • Prior experience in HR administration with a proven track record
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to deliver high service levels to internal employees at all times
  • Proficient IT skills, including MS Office and HR/CRM/ERP systems

Compensation: This position comes with an estimated annual salary of £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
