Join Our Team as a Deputy Director, Communications

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Director, Communications to join our team at Hanson Search. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a crucial role in delivering social and environmental impact on a global scale.

The successful candidate will have a passion for sustainability and a proven track record of advising clients on how to maximize opportunities and minimize threats through their sustainability communications. You will have experience in advising sustainability clients in at least two of the disciplines of corporate affairs, public policy, capital markets, or ESG reporting, or will have held a relevant senior in-house position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sustainability strategic consultancy for a portfolio of clients, and on an advisory basis as required.
  • Help build an external advisory panel with a mix of senior sustainability & ESG stakeholders including private sector, NGO partners, civil societies, start-ups & entrepreneurs, academics, and thought leaders.
  • Internal capability building & sustainability reporting.
  • Bring external business leads and growth opportunities through personal network.
