Your Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute tailored onboarding plans for new enterprise customers, ensuring seamless transition to our AI solution. Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions addressing customer pain points, resulting in improved customer experience and increased satisfaction ratings.

Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in a similar position within a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of successfully onboarding and rolling out enterprise customers. Strong project management skills, commercial acumen, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential. A commercial mindset and ability to work in a fast-growing startup environment are highly desirable.
